Product Description

An Original Antique Georgian Rush Seated Corner Chair.

A lovely addition to any period room.

We bring to you this excellent condition Georgian solid Ash corner chair believed to be made between 1770 - 1800. This very rare chair features a shaped top rail & ladders, to a rush seat which finishes to turned stretcher rails incorporating shaped hoof foot to the front leg. This chair features lots of lovely character such as wear to the under-seat stretcher rails.

The chair is in fantastic condition with no loose joints or wobbles. This charming chair is in a lovely original condition which we have just enhanced by carefully waxing this item to preserve and give a natural sheen.

Please note; This item is in a lovely condition for its age as shown by the photographs below, however being an antique item of this age there may be minor blemishes here and there which we feel adds to its charm and character.

  • Victorian Table

I bought a restored Victorian table from here. When it arrived, it was wrapped incredibly well in bubble wrap, and had obviously been recently polished. It was immaculate. Friendly service, and a good price. Would definitely use again.
