Grand Late Victorian Mahogany Wind-out Dining Table.

A fantastic grand solid Mahogany wind out table.

We bring to you this marvellous example of an late Victorian solid Mahogany wind out table believed to be made around C1880.
The table has 4 beautifully turned substantial mahogany legs which stands on its original impressively large brass castors on brown porcelain wheels. This lovely table is in beautiful condition throughout with a particularly nice faded brown Mahogany colour tonal with many antiques.

This table is complete with its original additional wide leaf giving this table a small overall form when the leaf is not installed or a quite a large table. This table can very comfortably accommodate 4-8 chairs and be used as a formal dining room or even a kitchen/breakfast table.

This table has been recently fully restored and the top has been re-polished within the last few years so does have some very minor imperfections (too small to photograph). We have thorougly checked over this table in our workshop so can assure it is in home ready condition. The winding mechanism has been greased and is working very smoothly and is particularly straight without any sagging or wear and maintaining a flat strong top when extended. The table is solid with no joint movement or twisting and the winding handle is present and included.

This item is in outstanding condition as shown by the photographs however being an antique item of this age there are blemishes and scuffs here and there which we feel adds to its originality and heritage.
