Antique Victorian Carved Walnut Button Back Ladies Arm chair.

A classical Victorian carved upholstered chair.

We are offering to you this lovely original condition early Victorian (circa 1850) elegantly carved and shaped button back chair with cabriole legs finishing to brass castors, ideal for any period property. This chair is made from solid walnut, is structurally solid with no loose joints or woodworm and the material and inner padding are in good condition apart from the top material being faded by sunlight. This chair is upholstered in a light oyster coloured damask material which is used but in a clean condition with few signs of wear (par the faded material) and has come from a smoke and pet free environment. The material could be left as it is in clean condition but would ideally require the top material reupholstering. We would be able to quote for re-upholstering this chair for you if you enquire.

Please note this item is in very good condition for its age but does have signs of wear and tear however we feel that's part of its charm and character with it being antique.
