Pair of Vintage Ercol Model 766 Lounge Armchairs


Iconic Ercol comfort


We bring to you this very well regarded design icon that is the Ercol Jubilee Armchair. The frames are made from solid beech which is steam bent and they are some of the best furniture craftsmen in the business, still producing similar chairs in the UK to this day. This pair of chairs were made in 1980 and are still complete with the original coverings and paddings. These chairs are in need of total reupholstery re-padding and re-webbing. However, the frames themselves are in fantastic condition with no breaks, repairs or wobbles. The polish is blonde colour and is in good overall condition with only some wear on the arms which could easily be rectified and they would benefit from just a clean.


As we are a restoration company we would be able to quote a price for the restoration of these chairs and the re-covering in the material of your choice if you require.


As an alternative the cushions do seem to be available via other sellers and the webbing straps are available direct from Ercol.


Please note; This item is in good condition for its age but will have the odd blemish here and there as expected with any used furniture, however we feel that add to the charm of the item with it being vintage.
