Set of 4 Antique Victorian Kidney Back Solid Mahogany Dining Chairs.

A very rare set of Victorian mahogany chairs.

We bring to you these impressive original set of Victorian (C1850 - 1860) Mahogany dining chairs in an amazing original condition. Featuring a spectacular moulded kidney/crown, finely shaped and carved centre back rail, moulded front and side rails, fully upholstered seat which finishes to typical Victorian turned, carved and fluted front legs.

These chairs feature lovely original mahogany polish with a deep colour and lots of patina which have been sympathetically restored and carefully waxed in our workshop. These chairs have obviously been looked after and cared for as it is very rare to find a set of 4 Victorian chairs in such good condition, the majority of sets get broken up or chairs lost or broken. These chairs are of a very high quality and are made from all solid heavy Mahogany with a strong design, construction and are completely original with no loose joints or breaks.

The material covering on the chairs is a brand new light brown colour chenille material so is in perfect condition finished with a matching wide braided edge, the inner original traditional padding is in fantastic order still and they are very comfortable seating.

Please note: We can reupholster these chairs in a material of your choice if this material is not to your taste (for obvious added costs) if you enquire.
