Set of 4 Thonet Style Bentwood Chairs
Iconic Styled Dining Chairs.
This is a beautiful and functional set of four vintage-style bentwood chairs, meticulously crafted to capture the iconic elegance pioneered by Michael Thonet. While these are a high-quality reproduction set and not genuine Thonet antiques, they are constructed using the same traditional steam-bending technique, resulting in graceful, flowing curves and a notably lightweight structure. Primarily made from Beech wood and finished in a rich, warm medium brown stain, the chairs are exceptionally robust and durable. They feature solid construction with no loose joints or wobbles, ensuring many more years of reliable use. As used furniture, they are in good overall condition, though they are not in perfect, flawless condition and exhibit minor wear and marks consistent with their age and use, adding authentic character to their vintage appeal. This set is ideal for anyone seeking the classic European cafe or bistro aesthetic combined with practical, long-lasting design. The chairs are in very good condition throughout with no joint movement and have been thoroughly checked over in our workshop. There are some minor blemishes here and there as expected with vintage items.
The chairs are in home ready condition.
Please note; This item is in good condition for its age but will have the odd blemish here and there, as expected with any used/vintage furniture.
