Vintage Restored G Plan Astro Coffee Table


Iconic 60's Mid Century Style


We bring to you this unique 1960's vintage G Plan Astro coffee table which has undergone complete restoration and is in superb condition.


This table is made by the very well known G Plan who are still manufacturing furniture to this day. This table is constructed from solid high quality teak using traditional solid joint construction.


Designed by V B Wilkins around 1969, G-Plan made both circular and oval versions of this table. Originally designed in teak with a glass insert for the top, other versions including a white frame and completely glass tops were available.

This is the quintessential G-Plan coffee table of the second half of the Sixties onwards. Bears the G-Plan Red label dating these to between 1965 - 1975. Its design and form are still as relevant now as they were when they were first produced.


We have re-polished this table to ensure it is in the best condition possible and is ready for a new home. The removable glass top does have scratches as expected with a table this age, new glass could even be acquired to make this table completely perfect.



Please note; The only the table in the photographs is included in the sale however the chair pictured is available to purchase on our shop at the time of listing.


Please note; This item is in very good condition for its age but will have the odd blemish here and there as expected with any used furniture, however we feel that add to the charm of the item with it being vintage.
