Set of 6 Vintage Wheel Back Dining Chairs.

A lovely set of quality reproduction Windsor chairs.

T his is an excellent condition matching set of 6 wheel back dining chairs in very good condition made in England around the mid 20th century C1950's. These chairs are of high quality and are constructed using solid Beech and Elm wood using traditional methods complete with a one piece bentwood hoop back rail with centre pierced fretworked centre slat . Be low the lovely wheelback is the chairs solid Elm hand sculpted seats (one does have a repaired split) which sits on its turned base with H stretchers between. Two of these chairs are larger carver chairs with shaped arms supported on turned spindles. These chairs feature their lovely original colour and finish which we have just enhanced by carefully cleaning and waxing.
The chairs are solid with no joint movement and have been checked over in our workshop.
